Survey Center has been conducting research for a wide variety of businesses, professional and trade associations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations since 1976.  When decision-makers cannot find the information they need in their own records or in any published source, they turn to us to develop information through focus group discussions and surveys of consumers and business people.  We conduct surveys not only on the Internet but also on the telephone, in person, and through the mail.  We conduct telephone surveys with live interviewers and also with Interactive Voice Response technology.

 

Survey Center Online was established in 2001 to advance our online research, which began in 1999.
